Prices are the same in every city we serve. Time booked is for one cleaner; a team of two shares it, so they are on site for about half as long. Carpet steam cleaning isn’t part of the clean itself; vacuuming is included. You can add carpet steam cleaning in booking or book it on its own. If your lease asks for a professional carpet clean, keep the receipt.
Regrouting, sealing, exterior windows and other specialist work aren’t part of our cleans. A balcony, patio or garage can be added as an extra; ask the team about anything else before booking.

No. A deep clean includes scrubbing tile grout with a specialty cleaner, but not mould removal, regrouting or sealing. If you’re unsure whether a surface needs a specialist, ask the team before booking.
03How is the price worked out?
The price uses your service, home size, cleaning condition, frequency, extras and applicable fees. The estimate above includes mandatory fees and GST for its stated assumptions. Confirm your address, date and final itemised price in booking.
04Do I need to supply products or equipment?
Cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the published service information. If you need a particular product or have a sensitive surface, confirm with the team before the visit. We don’t make blanket claims that every product is suitable for every household.

It is less likely to be the problem here. Icon Water rates Canberra's water as soft, about 43 mg/L as calcium carbonate, and says hard water is the kind more likely to cause scaling. If the glass has old stains, tell us so the cleaner knows what you expect.
02When is a good time to book a deep clean in Canberra?
Any time works, but two local seasons are worth planning around. Late winter is when months of closed windows and condensation show, and ACT Health says the pollen season usually runs from September to December, so if anyone at home is sensitive, tell us whether to keep the windows shut while we work.
03How much is a deep clean for a four-bedroom house in Canberra?
$457 for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and $425 for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the same as in every city we serve. More than a third of ACT homes had four or more bedrooms at the 2021 Census. Heavy build-up can add time, and it is shown before you pay.

What changes when you deep clean a Canberra home?
Canberra Airport averages about 60 days a year at or below 0 °C (Bureau of Meteorology, 2008 to 2026), and the long-run 9 am humidity reading reaches 85% in June and July (Canberra Airport Comparison, 1939 to 2010). For months, windows stay closed and the heating stays on. The ACT Government's advice for that season is to wipe condensation off walls and windows when it forms and to clean exhaust fans regularly (ACT Government). A late-winter deep clean gives the bathroom grout, rangehood and skirting boards proper time, and interior window glass can be added in booking.
Mould is the line to watch. ACT Health says mould grows in damp, poorly ventilated spots, that fixing leaks and fitting ventilation fans are part of controlling it, and that large areas or regrowth need a mould remediation professional (ACT Health). Mould removal is not part of our deep clean, so if patches keep coming back around a window or in the shower, raise it before you book.
Canberra's water is soft. Icon Water puts it at about 43 mg/L as calcium carbonate (2021–22 data) and notes that hard water is the kind more likely to cause scaling (Icon Water). Heavy mineral crust on taps and shower screens is less likely to be the slow part of a bathroom here.
Home size matters as much as climate. At the 2021 Census, 35.8% of occupied ACT homes had four or more bedrooms, while 19.4% were flats or apartments, against 14.2% nationally (ABS QuickStats, ACT). Kambah is 84.6% separate houses and Kingston is 90.5% flats or apartments. We price by bedrooms and bathrooms, so check your size on Canberra deep cleaning prices.

Is the oven included in a deep clean?
Yes. Every deep clean includes the inside of the oven: the racks, the door glass and the interior. We don’t clean ovens on their own; on a standard clean the oven is an extra at $46, and an end of lease clean includes it.
With the rest of the kitchen
A deep clean includes the oven, stovetop, rangehood and its filters. Add fridge and kitchen cupboard and drawer interiors if you need them cleaned during the same visit.
On a standard clean
Add the inside of the oven in booking and it is priced into your total before you confirm. On a regular plan it is cleaned on the visit you add it to, not every visit.
Heavy build-up
Mention a heavily used oven in your booking notes. Baked-on carbon takes longer, and the team can plan the time.
