Yes. WA Consumer Protection calls it vacate cleaning; our booking calls it an End of Lease Clean. In WA you need to leave the home reasonably clean, allowing for how it was when you moved in, and a landlord can only claim the actual cost of cleaning that wasn't done, not an estimate. Consumer Protection also suggests not paying a cleaner upfront: we place a hold on your card before the visit and only charge it after the clean. Carpet steam cleaning can be added to an End of Lease Clean or booked on its own; enter your address to check an equipped cleaner's availability. If something on our checklist is missed, tell us within 48 hours.

No. We price the clean rather than the hour: the service, your bedrooms and bathrooms, how long it has been since the last clean and any extras set the price, and you see it before you confirm. Many older Perth bookings in our records were hourly, but that option is no longer offered. If there are rooms you want done first, add them to your booking notes.

A standard clean covers the kitchen surfaces and stovetop, every bathroom, floors, mirrors and dusting throughout, and the time we book grows with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Yes. A Deep Clean adds the inside of the oven, skirting boards and the rangehood to everything in a standard clean; inside the fridge and kitchen cupboards can be added as extras. If you want a regular plan, book a Standard Clean and choose Make it a deep clean, so only the first visit is deep and later visits keep the plan discount.

Extras cost more, as does a first clean for a home that needs more attention: home condition adds cleaning time within your chosen service, and it does not turn a standard clean into a deep clean. Yes. A maid service, domestic cleaning and house cleaning all mean a cleaner who visits to clean the inside of your home: kitchens, bathrooms, floors and surfaces. It isn't live-in help. We offer it as regular, deep and end of lease cleaning, with carpet steam cleaning on its own or added to your clean, and laundry (one load washed, dried and folded) as an extra.

Yes. Every cleaner is identity-verified before their first clean, and our service terms describe up to $10 million in public liability insurance through Chubb Insurance Australia.
