Can I have the same cleaner each time?

On a regular plan, the cleaner from your first visit becomes your plan's regular cleaner, and we keep their times for your visits. We can't guarantee the same person every time, for example if they're unwell or away.

For a one-off clean, we offer your booking to available cleaners near you and the first to accept takes it, so you can't choose a particular cleaner.

Your booking shows your cleaner's name once someone accepts. If you'd like a different cleaner on your plan, contact us.
